摘要
首先对石家庄北国超市北国商城店、谈固店、长江店3家超市进行了实地考察并发放调查问卷,收集统计了相关的信息,并分析超市的客流量分布情况。然后按年龄段、性别、出行方式进行分类,分析各家超市顾客的购物行为特征;再将3家大型超市进行比较,分析不同地段超市顾客购物行为的异同点;最后总结不同分类下石家庄居民大型超市购物行为特征。
Firstly,we studied Shijiazhuang Beiguo supermarket Beiguoshangcheng store,Tangu store,Changjiang store on the spot,and carried out questionnaire survey. We collected relevant information,and analyzed consumer flow rate of supermarket. Then,the characteristics of shopping behavior of customers in various supermarkets were anal-yzed as sorting by age,gender and travel mode. By comparing three supermarkets,we obtained the similarities and differences of customer shopping behavior in different supermarket. Lastly,the characteristics of shopping behavior of supermarkets in Shijiazhuang be summed under different classifications.
