With the full development of mobile internet products, telecoms operator reaches a crisis and falls into the bottleneck on market and income, so does the overseas operators. Therefore, the new digital service is a good choice for them. Compared to the adjustment of strategic and the arrangement development in domestic, the global operators get priority on time and speed, especially on industrial ecology analysis,service planning, structure adjustment, business model expansion and operating strategy option.
