摘要
目的分析超声乳化联合不同方式房角分离手术对原发性闭角型青光眼合并白内障治疗的临床疗效。方法在2011年2月-2013年2月来我院治疗原发性闭角型青光眼合并白内障的患者中抽取40例,对其经房角分离手术联合超声乳化进行治疗,比较患者手术前后的视野、视力、眼压和前房深度等。结果手术后患者的视力状况显著优于手术前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。手术后患者的前房深度和眼压均有所改善,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论房角分离手术联合超声乳化能够有效治疗白内障合并青光眼患者的病症。
Objective To study phacoemulsification combined with different goniosynechialysis surgery in treatment of primary angle-closure glaucoma combined with cataract. Methods Selected 40 cases with primary angle-closure glaucoma combined with cataract were treated by phacoemulsification combined with goniosynechialysis surgery. Vision, visual acuity, intraocular pressure and anterior chamber depth were compared before and after treatment. Results Visual acuity after treatment was better（P〈0.05）. Anterior chamber depth and intraocular pressure after treatment improved（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Goniosynechialysis phacoemulsification surgery can be effective in the treatment of patients with cataract with glaucoma disease.
