摘要
河南某钼矿床采出矿石以角岩型钼矿石为主,主要包括透辉石斜长角岩型、长英角岩型和黑云母石英角岩型钼矿石,这3种角岩型矿石钼品位接近,硫化钼含量相同。辉钼矿在透辉石斜长角岩型和长英角岩型矿石中主要呈细小的叶片状分布于岩石裂隙中;在黑云母石英角岩型中辉钼矿主要呈针状和不规则状存在,沿矿石裂隙成层产出,粒度较细。现场原采用单一的药剂制度和磨矿细度进行选别,辉钼矿回收效果差。为改善分选指标,在对不同矿石的性质进行分析的基础上,对这3种钼矿石浮选的磨矿细度和药剂用量进行了优化,并采用优化后的试验条件对3种矿石分别进行了1粗1精1扫浮选闭路试验。结果表明:黑云母石英角岩型钼矿石中辉钼矿嵌布粒度较细,需细磨才能单体解离,而细磨后,泥质矿物含量增高,需用较多量的水玻璃分散矿泥,故水玻璃用量较高,而且细磨后颗粒比表面积增大,缩小了不同矿物表面性质差异,导致有用矿物与脉石矿物相互黏附,精矿钼品位低;透辉石斜长角岩型和长英角岩型钼矿石中辉钼矿主要以片状形式存在,可浮性较好,并且其嵌布粒度较粗,有利于单体解离,因而选矿指标较好。在处理这3种矿石时,应充分考虑矿石性质对浮选的影响,根据入选矿石的不同性质,及时调整磨矿细度和药剂制度,提高选矿指标,增加选厂经济效益。
There is a molybdenum deposit in Henan,ore extracted mainly belong to hornfels-type,including diopside-plagioclase hornfels-type,felsic hornfels-type,and biotite-quartz hornfels-type,molybdenum grade of each type is much similar,with same molybdenum sulfide content. Molybdenite exists in form of lamellar distributed among different minerals in diopsideplagioclase hornfels-type and felsic hornfels-type molybdenum ore; Molybdenite present mainly in acicular and irregular shaped,revealed in layers along the ore breakage,with fine grain size. Single reagent system and grinding fineness was used originally in on-site process,and cannot obtain good molybdenum recovery index. To improve separation index,grinding fineness and reagent system for each type of the ore was optimized based on the ore property analysis. One roughing-one cleaning-one scavenging closed circuit flotation process was conducted using the optimized test conditions. Results show that molybdenite is fine distributed in biotite-quartz hornfels-type molybdenum ore,to achieve liberation fine grinding is needed,and clay mineral content will increase after fine grinding,surface property discrepancy of different minerals become smaller,results in conglutination in each particles,and molybdenum grade of concentrate become lower; molybdenite mainly exists in form of schistose in diopside-plagioclase hornfels-type and felsic hornfels-type ore,and with good floatability,coarsely disseminated and easily to be liberated,the separation index is good. When dealing with the three kinds of ore,effects of ore properties to flotation should be considerate,and adjust the grinding fineness and agent system in time to increase the mineral processing index and improve economic benefit.
