摘要
在理想折叠单元(super-folding element,SFE)的基础上建立了焊接单元,分析了帽形梁在压溃变形中出现焊点撕裂、焊边内陷等失效现象的原因。提出了针对性的改善方法,并通过试验验证了各参数变化对纵梁吸能特性的影响。结果表明:通过增加截面SFE数目、增加焊接边长度、改变焊接边相邻两边的角度等措施能有效改善帽形梁的失效现象,提高薄壁梁的吸能水平。
A WSFE was introduced herein on the basis of traditional super-folding element(SFE),which was used to analyze the crushing failure,such as tearing of welds and unprogressive crushing of the flange for hat-sections beams.Strategies were proposed to avoid the failures above,and experiments were carried out to verify the effectiveness.The results of the experiments indicate that the crushing failure of welded hat-sections can be eliminated by increasing SFE on the sections,increasing the flange width,adjusting the angles adjacent to the flange,the energy absorption capability can be improved as well.
