摘要
本试验选择品种、日龄完全一致的肉鸭300只分为试验组和对照组,对照组实行网上养殖,试验组分两个小组(发酵床翻垫料组和发酵床不翻垫料组)实行发酵床养殖。饲养中对成活率、料肉比、劳动力、垫料大肠杆菌数等相关指标进行记录测定。结果显示:试验组的料肉比、出栏重明显优于对照组,但成活率低于对照组;发酵床翻料组较对照组节约劳动力;发酵床翻料组的大肠杆菌数随饲养时间的增加有所增加。
300 ducks were randomly divided into experimental group and the control group. The ducks of control group were fed on net, the ducks of experimental group were divided into two groups,fermentation bed turning padding group and fermentation bed without turning padding group. The survival rate,feed conversion ratio,labor,Escherichia coli numbers of padding were measured and recorded. The results showed that the experimental group′s feed conversion ratio, slaughter weight were significantly better than that of the control group,but the survival rate was lower than the control group. The fermentation bed turning padding group saved labor force compared with the control group. The number of E.coli in the fermentation bed increased with the extension of feeding time.
