蚊虫蛋白质组学的研究进展

摘要 近年来,随着蛋白质组学研究方法的迅速发展和冈比亚按蚊、埃及伊蚊及致倦库蚊基因组测序工作的完成,蚊虫蛋白质组学研究已进入了一个崭新的阶段。本文综述了蚊虫蛋白质组学的研究进展,并涉及到蚊虫的生理发育、免疫调节、摄食及行为活动等重要的生物学问题;为其他蚊虫蛋白质组学的研究及蚊虫的防治提供参考。 In recent years, with the rapid development of proteomics research methods and completion of Anopheles gambiae, Aedes aegypti and Culex quinquefasciatus genome sequence, proteomics of mosquitoes had been promoted to a new stage. In this review, research progress on proteomics of tissues and organs of mosquitoes was reviewed. Important biological questions related to the mosquito's physiological development, immune regulation, feeding and behavioral activities were demonstrated. This review discussed the potential directions on mosquito proteomics and strategy about mosquito prevention and control.
