摘要
近年来研究者将纳米载药系统广泛地应用于肿瘤靶向药物传递的研究。肿瘤组织与正常组织相比具有局部缺氧,较高的细胞密度,微酸性的p H环境以及较强的还原性环境等特点,其中利用肿瘤组织还原性较强的微环境,采用还原敏感性的二硫键将载体材料之间或材料与药物之间连接起来并自组装形成的纳米结构微粒给药系统能够显著地改善肿瘤治疗的效果。本文主要针对目前一些现有的还原敏感性纳米制剂在化疗药物和基因药物的肿瘤靶向传递中的应用进行综述。
In recent years,nano- based drug delivery systems were widely used for tumor targeting. Compared to normal tissues,tumor tissues displayed different microenvironment characters including hypoxia,relative high cell density,acidic p H and enhanced reductive environment. Thus redox- responsive disulfide bond could be utilized for the construction of tumor targeting drug delivery systems,and redox- responsive nanoparticles were proved to significantly improve the therapeutic effects. In this review,we mainly focused on the application of redox- responsive nanoparticles for efficient tumor targeting drug and gene delivery systems.
