摘要
在循环流化床脱硫除尘工艺(CFB-FGD)装置基础上,通过催化氧化吸收(COA)脱硝技术的应用,将烟气中NO转化为NO2,进而与雾化水结合生成HNO3,并与钙基吸收剂发生中和反应完成脱硝过程。该工艺型式简单、投资小,中试数据显示可达到70%左右的脱硝效率,但也存在一些问题需要改进、优化。
The implement process of de-nitration is as follows : firstly the NO was oxidized into NO2 by means of catalyze-oxidize-absorb on the setups of circulating fluid bed flue gas desulfurization, secondly the NO2 reacts with atomized water and forms HNO3, thirdly the formed HNO3 goes on neutralization reaction with Ca-based absorbent. This process is simple in structure and invest little. Data from pilot scale production shows the denitration effect can reach up to 70%. However there is much needs for improvement and optimization.
