摘要
重点介绍Z型钢焊接双钢板剪力墙及其组装方法,该双钢板剪力墙包括Z型钢,其截面中间为腹板,在腹板两端分别反向垂直延伸出两个翼板,采用冷弯或热轧生产一次成型。将其与普通双钢板剪力墙和H型双钢板剪力墙的性能进行比较,其优势明显。此外,介绍了Z型双钢板剪力墙的安装方法,可供同类工程参考。
This paper focused on double-steel-plate shear wall welded by Z-section steel beam and its assembly method.The characteristic of double-steel-plate shear wall welded by Z-section steel beam is that the middle of the section is the web plate,two flanges on both ends of web plate were extended in reverse-vertical direction respectively.The one-time forming method of cold-bending or hot-rolling was applied in manufacturing process.It has obvious advantages on performance when double-steel-plate shear wall welded by Z-section steel beam was compared with ordinary double-steel-plate shear wall and double-steel-plate shear wall welded by H-section steel beam.In addition,the assembly method was also introduced,which can provide a reference for other similar projects.
