摘要
通过Q620合金成分设计,制定了加热和控轧控冷工艺方案,并制定了回火工艺,得到了以粒状贝氏体和板条状贝氏体为主的显微组织,综合力学性能优良。试验结果表明:随着轧制和冷却温度的降低,钢板屈服强度增加,延伸降低,通过对不同厚度选取合适的回火工艺,得到了满足性能要求的钢板。
According to designing the alloy component, developing heating process and controlled rolling and controlled cooling process, the excellent mechanical Q620 were got maining with granular bainite and lath bainite microstructure. The results show that: With lower rolling and cooling temperatures, The yield strength increased, and the extending decreed. Selecting the appropriate tempering process for different thicknesses plates, we got performance requirements.
