摘要
采用聚乙烯醇(PVA)与乙二醛缩合合成了PVA缩乙醛树脂,并以此作为木薯淀粉基木材胶粘剂的改性剂。研究结果表明:木薯淀粉接枝VAc(醋酸乙烯酯)前加入PVA缩乙醛树脂的改性效果较好;改性后木薯淀粉基木材胶粘剂的颗粒较小、涂层平整,并且当m(PVA缩乙醛树脂)∶m(淀粉干基)=1.0∶1时,干态、湿态胶接强度相对最大(分别为6.67、3.35 MPa)。
The polyvinyl acetal resin, which was used as a modifier of cassava starch based wood adhesive, was synthesized by polycondensation between polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and glyoxal. The research results showed that the modified effect was better when the polyvinyl acetal resin was introduced into system before vinyl acetate (VAc) grafted by cassava starch. The modified cassava starch based wood adhesive had the smaller particles and level coating, and it had the relatively maximum dry and wet bonding strength (6.67,3.35 MPa, respectively) when mass ratio of m ( polyvinyl acetal resin ) : m (dry starch ) was 1.0: 1.
