摘要
采用粉末注射成形的方法制备了Y—PSZ/316L不锈钢复合材料,研究了Y—PSZ含量对复合材料微观组织、烧结后的致密度、收缩率及硬度的影响。结果表明:当YPSZ体积分数为30%时,复合材料基本形成Y—PSZ基体;当Y-PSZ体积分数为25%时,复合材料基本形成不锈钢基体。随着Y—PSZ体积分数的增加,复合材料的致密度、线收缩率、硬度随之增大。在试验研究条件下,复合材料的致密度可达91.5%。95.6%。
Y-PSZ/316L stainless steel composites were prepared by the method of powder injection molding. The effect of the content of Y-PSZ on microstructure, relative density, shrinkage rate and hardness of the composites were researched. The results show that, when the volume fraction of Y-PSZ is 30 percent, the composites forms basically Y-PSZ matrix; when the volume fraction of Y-PSZ is 25 percent, the composites forms basically stainless steel matrix. The relative density, shrinkage rate and hardness of the sintered samples increase with the increasing of Y-PSZ content. The relative density of the composites is in the range from 91.5% to 95.6% in the experiment conditions.
