摘要
当代数字视频信号处理技术得到了广泛地应用。本文的课题实验搭建了基于AVS+和H.264的硬件的压缩编解码平台,对高清视频进行了不同码率的压缩编码的实验,采用了客观质量评价方法 SSIM以及PSNR对解码后的视频图像质量进行客观评价,并与H.264压缩编码质量进行了比较。
The digital video signal processing technology has been widely used these days. The subject of this paper is based on AVS + and H. 264 compression coding hardware,to do an experiment of different bit rate of high-definition video compression,we use the objective quality evaluation methods of SSIM and PSNR to evaluate the quality of video images,at the same time it is compared with the H. 264 compression quality.
