摘要
利用ANSYS计算分析了弧形舌瓣门在启门瞬间和舌瓣门开启排漂2种工况下的应力和变形。计算结果清楚反映出弧形舌瓣门结构的受力特点;在不同工况下,弧形舌瓣门各主要构件的强度和刚度均满足设计要求。从数值模拟方面为弧形舌瓣门的合理设计提供了重要依据,同时为类似结构设计提供参考。
Stress and deformation of the radial flap gate under the two conditions of the gate being opened transiently and the gate being opened for floats are calculated and analyzed by application of ANSYS. The calculation results clearly present the acting characteristics of the radial flap gate. Under the different operating conditions, both strength and rigidity of main components of the radial flap gate satisfy design requirements. In term of the value analog, this study provides the reasonable deign of the radial flap gate with important basis as well as the similar structural design with reference.
