摘要
本文基于对全国11省的2975份问卷与实地走访资料,对农业推广机构近年来的职能弱化现象进行分析。研究发现,推广机构的职能弱化与农业产业的整体转型密切相关,原有的推广体系难以适应新形势下的运行规则。基于实证分析结果发现,农业推广机构的转型需求已迫在眉睫。最后,本文提出提高推广机构适应性的相关建议,以供考量。
Based on results collected by 2975 surveys across 11 provinces and investigation on the spot, it studies and analyzes the phenomenon that the function of agricultural technology popularization institute have been weakening in recent years. This study reveals that weakening of popularization institute is closely related to the transition in agricultural industry. And the existing system for popularization cannot fit operation rules under new conditions. Results from empirical analysis indicates that the transition of agricultural technology popularization institute is already in extreme urgency. In the end, this paper offers related suggestions to improve suitability of popularization institute for future reference.
