基于模糊PID的电液比例控制液压调平技术 被引量:2

摘要 在现代国防与民用技术中,常常需要把装载某些设备的承载平台精确地调整到水平位置,要求时间短、速度快、精度高、稳定性好。调平系统大部分都采用液压系统,该系统是一复杂的非线性时变系统。针对这一问题采用基于模糊PID控制策略,实现平台在精度范围内快速、稳定的调平。对电液比例阀控液压系统进行了建模分析,推算了液压支腿的传递函数,设计了模糊PID控制器。最后,使用Matlab中的Simulink对平台系统进行仿真。仿真表明,模糊PID能够保证平台更加快速、平稳地达到水平状态,该调平策略明显提高系统性能。 In modern defense and civilian technologies,the bearing platform which loads some devices should be adjusted to the horizontal position; the requirement for this work is in short time,fast speed,high accuracy and good stability. Most systems use hydraulic leveling system which is a complex nonlinear time-varying system. The control strategy based on fuzzy PID is used to realize the leveling work of platform quickly and stably within the accuracy range. The modeling analysis is made on the electro-hydraulic proportional valve-controlled hydraulic system,the transfer function of hydraulic legs is calculated and a fuzzy PID controller is designed. Finally,the Matlab Simulink is used to make a simulation for the system platform. Simulation results show that the fuzzy PID platform ensures that the platform can quickly and stably reach the level condition,and this strategy can significantly improve the system performance.
