摘要
微种植体凭借不依赖于患者合作、自身体积小、操作方便及稳定有效等优势在正畸临床中得到日益广泛的应用.微种植体植入的稳定性和植入部位的牙槽骨条件有密切关系,CBCT可以通过测量分析牙槽骨条件,提高在微种植体的初始稳定性,以及种植体植入的最佳位置.对于术前评估,术后种植体植入预后的成功率等方面均起关键作用.本文就CBCT在正畸微种植体周围骨组织的研究现状进行综述.
With advantages of small volume, easy operation, extensive implant sites, short healing period, instantly applying force, stability, effectiveness, and not dependent on patient cooperation, micro-implant is increasingly widely used in orthodontic clinic. Many scholars believe that cortical thickness and bone density of micro-implant site is an important factor affecting the stability of post-implantation. Therefore, cortical thickness and bone condition of the implant site should be carefully evaluated, and anatomy of adjacent tissue should be analyzed prior to implan- tation. Through analyzing and measuring bone tissue, CBCT plays a key role in the following aspects: the use of micro-implant, assessment of jawbones" condition, position of implant, increasing the stability of post-implantation of micro-implant, and reducing the incidence of surgical trauma and complications. This paper reviewed the research status quo of CBCT in surrounding bone tissues of orthodontic micro-implant.
