摘要
目的:本文针对中药结肠给药治疗过敏性紫癜的护理效果进行简要分析与探讨。方法:选择我院治疗的过敏性紫癜患者50例,将其随机分成观察组与对照组,每组25例,对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组实施中药结肠给药护理干预,对比两组的护理效果及患者满意度。结果:观察组的护理总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),同时观察组的满意度也高于对照组,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:中药结肠给药护理对于治疗过敏性紫癜具有良好的疗效,患者满意度高,值得临床推广与应用。
Objective： To analyze nursing for treating allergic purpura by TCM medicine colon administration. Methods： 50 patients were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 25 cases for each. The observation group received nursing based on TCM medicine colon administration. Results： The total efficiency in the observation group was much better than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. The patient satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group too. The difference between two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Nursing for treating allergic purpura by TCM medicine colon administration is effective, with higher patient satisfaction, and worthy of promotion.
