摘要
介绍了复杂环境下,高25m复杂结构水塔的爆破拆除,通过测量和放样,确保了水塔准确地沿北偏东10°方向倒塌。讨论了爆破设计方案、爆破切口宽度和高度的计算和布置、爆破参数和起爆网路的设计。采用铺设沙袋减振堤和开挖减振沟等防护措施,大大降低了水塔塌落的振动,并有效控制水塔定向落地时产生的碎石飞溅,未对周围建筑物造成破坏。
The 25m-height water tower with complex structure to be demolished by blasting in complicated surroundings was presented. The water tower collapsed accurately towards the north with an angle of 10°to the east through accurate measurement and lofting. The design of blasting scheme, the calculation and arrangement of height and width of blasting cut, and design of blasting parameters and sequence were discussed. The ground vibration could be remarkably reduced by laying sandbag damping embankment and excavating a vibration-separated ditch, and the fly rocks were well controlled during the directional collapsing of water tower and there was no damage to the surrounding buildings.
