摘要
针对目前双馈风电场并网点电压水平低、场内集电系统网损大等典型无功控制问题,提出一种基于无功灵敏度指标的新型双馈风电场无功控制策略。在对双馈风电场无功需求及双馈风电机组无功调节能力进行分析的基础上,构建了风电场集电系统无功灵敏度指标,即集电系统网损无功灵敏度及电压无功灵敏度。该策略能够在保证最大有功出力的同时,实现如下目的:1)利用集电系统电压无功灵敏度控制双馈风电机组无功输出,以改善并网点电压水平;2)利用集电系统网损灵敏度控制双馈风电机组无功输出,实现降低集电系统网损的目的。对某实际风电场的仿真算例验证了所提控制策略的有效性。
In view of reactive control problems such as unqualified voltage of point of common coupling(PCC) and high network-loss of power collection system in DFIG-based wind farms, this paper proposed a new reactive control strategy using reactive sensitivity of power collection system. Firstly, network-loss/reactive sensitivity and voltage/reactive sensitivity of wind farm power collection system were presented, based on analysis of reactive demand of wind farm. Ensuring maximum active power output as well, the proposed strategy suggests two goals about reactive control of wind farm, that is, to improve PCC voltage level using reactive sensitivity and to reduce network-loss using network-loss sensitivity. Simulation results of actual wind farm verified effectiveness of the proposed strategy.
