3D动画演示健康教育对腰椎间盘突出症患者术前焦虑情绪的影响 被引量:13

摘要 目的探讨3D动画演示健康教育对腰椎间盘突出症患者术前焦虑情绪的影响。方法根据入院时间的先后次序,将184例腰椎间盘突出症手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各92例。对照组采用传统的健康教育方法,观察组采用3D动画演示的健康教育方法。采用焦虑自评表(selfrating anxiety scale,SAS)在患者入院后2 h(干预前)和术前1 d(干预后)对患者进行测评。结果干预后,观察组患者SAS得分低于干预前和对照组,组内和组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001);对照组患者SAS得分低于干预前,组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论应用3D动画演示的健康教育方法,可改善腰椎间盘突出症手术患者的焦虑情绪,从而提高了手术效果。 Objective To study the effect of three-dimensional(3D) animation on preoperative anxiety in patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH). Methods One hundred and eighty-four LDH patients were randomly divided into experiment and control group in equal number. The control group was educated in traditional method and the experiment group in the form of 3D animation. The selfrating anxiety scale(SAS) was used for the assessment 2 h after admission into the hospital and 1d before operation. Results After the intervention, the score by SAS in the observation group was significantly lower than that before the intervention and control groups(P〈0.001). The score by SAS in the control group was significantly lower than that of the control group and that before intervention(P〈0.001).Conclusion Health education by 3D animation can relieve preoperative anxiety in the patients with lumbar disc herniation.
