摘要
分析了高硫煤的特性,根据高硫无烟煤在常压固定床合成氨生产中的应用试验,对造气工段、半水煤气脱硫工段的工艺调整进行了详细说明,分析了使用高硫无烟煤过程中出现的造气蒸汽用量增加、脱硫原辅材料增加、电耗的增加、单位产品煤耗增加及设备腐蚀等问题,提出了应对措施。工业应用试验表明,高硫无烟块煤可作为常压固定床的气化原料,但还需同时考虑其他相关问题。
In this article, the use of high sulfur anthratice in UGI ammonia production was introduced, which brought some process adjustments for gasification and semi-water gas desulfurization. Furthermore, the article put forward some measures to solve the problems which appeared during the use of high sulfur anthratice, for example, gasification steam, raw and auxiliary material, power consumption, the increase in unit production coal consumption, and the corrosion of equipment.
