摘要
目的观察替吉奥联合顺铂治疗晚期胃癌的临床疗效。方法将82例晚期胃癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组各41例。观察组采用替吉奥口服联合顺铂静脉注射;对照组采用卡倍他滨片口服联合顺铂静脉滴注。观察治疗效果、生活质量改善情况以及不良反应。结果观察组的临床获益率及有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05),生活质量KPS评分优于对照组(P<0.05),血小板减少及手足综合征发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05),2组血红蛋白减少、口腔炎、肾功能损害发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论替吉奥联合顺铂治疗晚期胃癌临床疗效较好,获得了较高的有效率及临床获益率,并且不良反应较少,安全性较好。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of S-1 combined with cisplatin in treatment of advanced gastric cancer. Methods 82 patients with advanced gastric cancer were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 41 cases in each group. Observation group was treated with S-1 combined with cisplatin; the control group was treated with capecitabine combined with cisplatin. After treatment,the clinical efficacy,quality of life and adverse reactions of patients were observed. Results The clinical benefit rate and the effective rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group（ P 0. 05）. The quality of life KPS score of the observation group was better than that of the control group（ P 0. 05）. Platelet decrease and brothers syndrome occurrence rate of the observation group were lower than that of the control group（ P 0. 05）; the decreased hemoglobin,stomatitis,renal function damage occurred rate difference between the two groups were not statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion S-1 combined with cisplatin in treatment of advanced gastric cancer has a better clinical curative effect,which get a higher response rate and the clinical benefit rate,and it has less adverse reaction and good safety.
