摘要
轴承套圈磁粉检测过程中经常会出现"聚磁"现象,仔细观察"聚磁"部位又找不到缺陷痕迹,经失效验证,该现象确属于非相关磁痕显示,这是轴承行业制造选材过程中比较棘手的问题。对于重要的轴承产品,由于其材料和热处理的特殊性,非常有必要分析该现象的成因。为此本文采用了多种分析方法,对发现的"聚磁"显示进行验证对比分析,找到了"聚磁"的起因,从而解决了此技术难题。
To test the bearing ring process by using magnetic particle testing often appears " magnetism gathering" phenomenon.To look carefully " magnetism gathering" position,the defect indication was no found.Through failure testing,this phenomenon belongs to non-relevant indication.That is a hard problem to solve in the bearing industry.Due to the material and heat treatment particularity of the important bearing products,so it is necessary to analyze the cause of this phenomenon and take preventive measures.This article mentioned:Use a variety of analysis methods to compare and analyze the " magnetism gathering" indication found in order to found out the best solution for the casue of the " magnetism gathering" phenomenon.
