摘要
纵观航空维修发展史,民用飞机维修相继出现了"单一定时维修"、"以可靠性为中心的维修"和"MSG"维修理念。分析MSG逻辑决断思想,总结、对比MSG-1、MSG-2和MSG-3维修思想的差异和优劣性,将为现代民用航空的维修思想发展提供理论参考。
Improvements of the maintenance concept and methods will lead to reduce the airline maintenance work and increase maintenance intervals directly, thereby reducie maintenance costs. Firstly, the development process of maintenance concept is introduced, and the MSG-2 and MSG-3 logic decision methods is analyzed. On this basis, combining with the preparation of the maintenance program, the differences between two maintenance concept and the pros and cons are summarized, so as to provide a theoretical reference for the development of a practical, reasonable maintenance plan.
