摘要
目的探讨在实施产房护理过程中,风险管理的应用价值。方法选取我院2011年12月至2013年12月产房产妇160例,通过抽签法将所有产妇分成A1组(实验组100例)与A2组(对照组60例)。A2组:实施常规护理;A1组:实施常规护理+风险管理。对比A1组、A2组产妇临床获得的护理效果。结果在对风险因素的认知程度方面,A1组产妇优于A2组明显(P<0.05)。在出现风险事件的概率方面,A1组低于A2组产妇非常明显(P<0.05)。在产妇的临床护理满意度以及产妇的质量控制评分两个方面,A1组高于A2组产妇极其显著(P<0.05)。在护理纠纷投诉率方面,A1组产妇低于A2组明显(P<0.05)。结论在实施产房护理过程中应用风险管理,能够显著将产妇针对风险因素的认知程度提高,降低护理过程中出现风险事件的概率,成功提高临床产妇护理满意度以及护理质量,凸显风险管理的应用价值。
Objective To study the application value of risk management in the maternity ward nursing process. Methods Selected from December 2011- room in December 2013,160 cases of maternal,through the draw method will all women into A1 group（ experimental group 100 cases） and A2（ control group 60 cases）. A2groups： conventional nursing; A1： ＋ conventional nursing ＋ risk management,compared the A1,A2 group puerpera clinical nursing effect. Results In terms of the cognition of the risk factors,A1 was better than that of maternal A2 group significantly（ P〈0. 05）. The probability of occurrence of risk events in aspects of A1 group was lower than the A2 maternal very significantly（ P〈0. 05）. In clinical nursing satisfaction and quality control of maternal maternal score two aspects,A1 group was higher than the A2 maternal extremely significant（ P〈0. 05）. In terms of nursing disputes of complaints,A1 maternal was below A2 group significantly（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusions The application of risk management in the process of implement the maternity ward nursing can significantly increase the cognitive degree of maternal risk factors for,reduce the probability of risk events appeared in the process of nursing,improve the quality of clinical nursing satisfaction and maternal care success,highlights the application value of the risk management.
