复发性流产相关染色体异常问题 被引量：14

摘要 复发性自然流产（recurrent spontaneous abor-tion,RSA）通常定义为连续2次或2次以上发生在妊娠20周之前或胎儿体重〈500g的妊娠产物或胎儿丢失[1]。大约5%育龄女性可发生,且随流产次数增加,复发风险增加。病因错综复杂,主要包括胚胎因素、遗传、解剖、内分泌、感染、血栓前状态、免疫、环境因素等。据报道,一半以上胚胎流产由于染色体异常引起[2]。
