摘要
目的对比分析心脏彩超与心电图在高血压心脏病临床诊断中的应用价值,为今后的临床诊疗工作提供参考。方法随机选取我院2014年1—12月期间收治的60例高血压心脏病患者作为本组研究的观察对象,分别对所有患者进行心脏彩超与心电图检查,并对检查结果进行回顾性对比分析。结果心脏彩超检查结果:左房增大13例,左室肥厚31例,阳性率为73.33%;心电图检查结果:左房增大6例,左室肥厚25例,心律失常11例,ST-T改变19例,阳性率51.67%;心脏彩超检查阳性率明显高于心电图,具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论心脏彩超对高血压心脏病患者的临床检测敏感性与特异性较高,能够直观、准确地反应早期临床症状,在诊断中应与心电图联合以提高诊断的准确性。
Objective To compare echocardiography with ECG analysis applications in the clinical diagnosis of heart disease with high blood pressure,to provide a reference for future clinical work. Methods Randomly selected in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2014 period 60 cases of hypertensive heart disease in this group of patients as the object of observation study were all patients undergoing cardiac ultrasound and EKG,and the test results were reviewed comparison and Analysis. Results The echocardiography results included 13 cases of left atrial enlargement,left ventricular hypertrophy in 31 cases,the positive rate was 73.33%; ECG found that 6 cases of left atrial enlargement,left ventricular hypertrophy in 25 cases,11 cases of arrhythmia,ST-T change the 19 cases,the positive rate of 51. 67%; echocardiography positive rate was significantly higher than that of the electrocardiogram,with statistical significance,P〈0. 05. Conclusions The echocardiography in patients with essential hypertension clinical detection sensitivity and high specificity,intuitively,accurately reflect the early clinical symptoms,the diagnosis should be combined with the ECG to improve diagnostic accuracy.
