摘要
以混流式喷水推进泵为研究对象,应用三维Navier-Stokes方程和Spalart-Allmaras单方程模型,以NUMECA数值平台进行了喷泵内部流动的数值模拟。文章介绍了喷泵的全工况特性和其内部流动状况随流量的变化情况,而后调整动、静叶片数的匹配状况,了解动、静叶叶栅稠度的改变对喷泵性能和内部流场的影响,最终得出最优的动静叶片数组合。
In this paper, numerical simulation of a mixed-flow water-jet pump has been carried out to realize the performance and the inside flow, with Navier-Stokes equation and Spalart-Allmaras model by NUMECA. The simulation results help us to get an interaction, which show in the mass efficiency curve or mass head rising, also the inside flow changes. After that, the blade number of impeller and diffuser was varied, from which we could learn how the cascade solidity influence on efficiency and inside flow. Furthermore, an optimal number matching of impeller and diffuser was known.
