甘蓝型油菜及其亲本苗期对干旱胁迫的生理响应

Physiological response of newly synthesized Brassica napus and its parents at seedling stage under drought stress

摘要 以香港尖叶中花芥蓝(Brassica oleracea var.alboglabra,CC,2n=18)和矮抗青(B.rapa,AA,2n=20)通过种间杂交形成的人工合成甘蓝型油菜(B.napus,AACC,2n=38)为试验材料,对早期不同世代和亲本幼苗采用控水方式进行15d的干旱胁迫处理,测定叶片相对含水量、相对电导率、丙二醛等与植物耐旱能力相关的生理生化指标以及抗氧化酶活性的变化,研究亲本与合成种早期世代幼苗对干旱的生理响应。结果表明:15d的干旱胁迫对油菜幼苗叶片相对电导率和丙二醛的影响与对照相比不升反降,油菜幼苗超氧化物歧化酶活性略有增加,而过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶活性均呈下降的趋势,说明人工合成甘蓝型油菜新材料在干旱胁迫下具有一定清除活性氧的能力。 In order to determine the drought tolerant characteristics of early generation seedlings in newly synthesized Brassica napus,and provide theoretical basis for assessing stress-tolerance of B.napus genetic resources,apot experiment was conducted for 15 days on early generation seedlings of Zhonghuajielan(B.oleracea var.alboglabra,CC,2n=18),Aikangqing(B.rapa,AA,2n=20)and resynthesized B.napus(AACC,2n=38)under water control drought stress.The changes of plant height,chlorophyll content,leaf relative water content,relative conductivity,malondialdehyde(MDA)and a series of physiological indicators related to plant drought tolerance and resistance to oxidation activity were measured.Rape seedling leaves had strong moisture retention capacity under drought stress.The relative values of plant height,relative conductivity and MDA decreased,while the content of chlorophyll increased under 15 days drought stress.SOD was the most sensitive to drought stress and was the first to be increased,while POD and CAT was relatively insensitive.The results showed that resynthesized B.napus had a certain ability of clearing up oxygen free radical under drought stress.
