摘要
根据现代护理岗位对高素质技能型人才的需求改革实践教学体系,以校院合一的机制体制为基础,与医院全程合作,针对护理专业实践教学的设计与管理的关键问题,按照护理岗位的知识、技能和素质要求,创新了纵向以"医学基础实验-专业(基础、专科)护理实训-综合实训-顶岗实习"为主线,横向临床教学实习与校内实训匹配伴行的实践教学体系,并通过"三阶段考核"、顶岗实习期间的课程实施与管理等一系列举措实现了实践教学的系统化设计,全面提升了课程建设及人才培养质量。
Due to the demand of high quality of skilled nursing personnel, a practical teaching system needs to be reformed. Based on the combination of hospital and university, university fully cooperate with the hospital ,created specific nursing practice teaching design according to the knowledge, skills, and standards of nursing positions through examination, and practice and management measures, to improve the quality of the course syllabus and personnel training.
