摘要
为了有效监控和提高课堂教学质量,国内外很多高等院校普遍采用学生评价与督导专家评价相结合的教学评价体系.为克服教学评价的主观性,针对多名学生和多名专家同时对某一名教师的课堂教学进行打分时两组评价数据的一致性问题,提出了一致性非参数分析模型,并基于一致性分析结果给出了课堂教学非参数综合评价方法,最后通过仿真示例,验证了方法的适用性和有效性.
In order to effectively monitor and improve the quality of classroom teaching,domestic or abroad colleges commonly adopted the evaluation system that combined studentsand experts. This paper proposed a nonparametric method to analysis the consistency of the two results given by students and experts respectively to avoid the subjectivity of teaching evaluation. Then an comprehensive evaluation method was put forward based on the analysis result of consistency. Finally, a simulation example is given to verify the applicability and effectiveness of above methods.
