摘要
目的：了解循证护理是否对消化系统肿瘤患者术后化疗的生活质量及毒副作用存在影响。方法采用随机数字表法,将110例术后化疗的消化道系统肿瘤住院患者,分为对照组和观察组各55例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予循证护理,比较两组患者的临床效果、毒副作用和生活质量。结果观察组采用循证护理措施对改善术后化疗生活质量的总有效率为67.27%（37/55）显著高于对照组的40.00%（22 /55）,差异有统计学意义（χ2=8.225,P〈0.01）；观察组Ⅰ~Ⅱ级毒副作用的发生率较高为60.00%（33 /55）,高于对照组的30.91%（17 /55）,差异有统计学意义（χ2=9.387, P 〈0.01）；除躯体功能外,观察组中的患者其他各项生活质量评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（t 值分别为2.434,2.387,3.214,2.983,2.514,2.414,3.336；P〈0.05）。结论循证护理可减轻消化系统肿瘤患者术后化疗的毒副作用,并对改善患者化疗期间的生活质量有一定作用。
Objective To probe into whether evidence-based nursing impacted on quality of life and toxic side effects among patients with chemotherapy postoperative gastrointestinal tumor. Methods Utilized random number table, a total of 110 hospitalized patients with chemotherapy postoperative gastrointestinal tumor were averagely divided into control group and experimental group. Routine nursing was used for patients in the control group while evidence-base nursing in the experimental group, and the clinical effects, toxic side effects and quality of life were compared. Results The evidence-based nursing improved quality of life effective rate 67. 27% （37 / 55） in the experimental group higher than 40. 00% （22 / 55） in the control group （χ2 = 8. 225, P 〈 0. 01）. The incidence of Ⅰ - Ⅱ degree toxic side effects was 60. 00% （33 / 55） of the experimental group higher than 30. 91% （17 / 55） of the control group （ χ2 = 9. 387,P 〈0. 01）. Except somatic function, the assessment scores of quality of life in the experimental group were higher than these of control group （t = 2. 434, 2. 387, 3. 214, 2. 983, 2. 514, 2. 414, 3. 336; P〈 0. 05）. Conclusions Evidence-based nursing might minimize toxic side effects of gastrointestinal tumor, and promote quality of life during chemotherapy.
