摘要
随着国家对水文水资源工程项目高度重视,水文站网规划和管理工作日趋繁重。结合长江流域站网工作实际,利用GIS技术,通过功能模块设计、数据库设计、主要算法设计,探讨了长江流域站网管理平台的设计与实现。系统功能模块包括数据组织与管理、信息查询与展示、辅助规划与分析、防汛决策与支持,算法设计关键技术有雨量等值面及面雨量计算。该系统能有条理地组织各类站点、快速获取站点数据,其数据和计算方法可为站网规划及防洪决策提供重要依据。
With the increasing attention paid on facilities and projects of hydrology and water resources by the government, the planning and management of the network becomes more onerous. Based on the practical situation of Yangtze River basin network and combined with GIS technology, we discussed the design and realization of the network management platform through function module design, database design and main algorithm design. The system function modules include data organization and manage-ment, information query and display, aided planning and analysis, flood control decision and support, algorithm design and key technology of precipitation isosurface and areal rainfall calculation. The system can organize various stations orderly and access to the data quickly;meanwhile, the data and algorithm provides basis for the hydrological network planning and flood control deci-sion-making.
