摘要
目的了解中学学生体育课运动强度、有效运动时间状况及其存在的问题,为指导学校上好体育课提供参考。方法采用现场监测的方法,2012年6月—2013年6月间对北京市海淀区、西城区8所项目中学的目标年级学生,监测其194节体育课的最大心率、平均心率、心率≥120次/min的时间和总耗能等指标,并分析各项指标与能量消耗的关系。结果 194节体育课最大心率合格率为88.66%,平均心率合格率为68.04%,心率≥120次/min的时间合格率仅为19.59%;3项指标均合格的体育课仅有13.92%。平均每节体育课的总耗能为(290.18±90.60)kcal(1 kcal=4.18 k J)。经线性回归分析,平均最大心率(B=1.162)、平均心率(B=1.053)和心率≥120次/min的时间(B=5.209)是体育课总耗能的保护性因素。结论中学体育课运动强度不够、有效运动时间不足,影响体育课总耗能,导致运动负荷偏低,影响运动效果,因此要加强对体育课的监测与指导,提高体育课课堂教学锻炼效果。
Objective To understand current status and problems of exercise intensity and effective sports time during physical education ( PE ) classes. Methods Maximum heart rate, average heart rate, time of heart rate greater than 120 beats/min and total energy consumption was collected during 194 PE classes from 8 schools of Haidian District and Xicheng District during June 2012 and June2013. Exercise intensity and sports time and its relation with energy consumption was calculated and analyzed. Results In 194 PE classes, the qualified rate of the maximum heart rate and the average heart rate accounted for 88.66% and 68.04%, respectively. Only 38 classes had heart rate greater than 120 beats/min up to 25 min. The qualified rate of PE classes which meet three indicators was 13.92%. The average energy consumption was 290.18 ∽ 90.60 kcal (the maximum 568 kcal, the minimum 31 kcal ). Linear regression showed that maximum heart rate (B = 1.162) , average heart rate(B = 1.053 ) , time of heart rate greater than 120 beats/rain (B = 5.209 ) were protective factors of total energy consumption. Conclusion Physical education classes in middle school face a lot of problems in the exercise intensity and sport time. Regular and sufficient exercise should be provided in PE class to engage students in more vigorous to moderate-intensity physical activity.
