摘要
目的研究单切口可调节Ajust吊带术对女性压力性尿失禁的短期疗效以及安全性。方法选取2012年10月-2014年10月该院泌尿外科收治的60例压力性尿失禁女性患者为研究对象,采用对照研究的方式将其分为两组,每组30例。其中,对照组给予经闭孔尿道中段阴道无张力悬吊术治疗,研究组给予单切口可调节Ajust吊带术治疗,观察并分析两组患者的短期疗效及并发症情况。结果研究组患者总治疗有效率为96.67%,对照组为90.00%;两组患者在排尿时间、平均尿流率、功能性尿道长度及最大尿道关闭压等指标比较上t=8.76、4.95、2.47和2.19,总并发症率比较χ2=4.81,均P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论单切口可调节Ajust吊带术对女性压力性尿失禁的短期疗效显著,有效促进患者尿动力学指标改善,并发症率低,安全性高,具有较高的临床实践意义。
[ Objective ] To discuss the short-term efficacy and safety of adjustable Ajust tape operation of single incision on female stress urinary incontinence. [ Methods ] Sixty female patients with stress urinary incontinence ad- mitted in the urinary surgery department from October 2012 to October 2014 were selected as research subjects, and divided into two groups in the way of control study with 30 patients in each group, patients in the control group were subject to transobturator tension-free vaginal tape operation （TVT-O）, and patients in the research group -acre sllb- ject to the treatment of single-incision adjustable Ajust tape operation, short-term efficacy and complications of pa- tients in two groups were observed and analyzed. [ Results ] Total effective rate of patients in the research group hit 96.67%, and that of patients in the control group hit 90.00%. The comparisons in the urination duration, average urine flow rate, functional urethral length, maximum urethral closure pressure index of patients in two groups respec- tively hit t = 8.76, 4.95, 2.47 and 2.19, the comparison in the total complication rate hit ~2 = 4.81, and the differ- ences were statistically significant （both P 〈 0.05）. [ Conclusion ] The single-incision adjustable Ajust tape operation delivers significant short-term efficacy on female stress urinary incontinence, effectively improves urinary dynamics index of patients, and it is provided with low complication rate, high safety and high clinical practice significance.
