摘要
目的:分析心血管疾病重症患者心理特征和护理方式及效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2013年8月-2014年8月收治的心血管疾病重症监护室患者60例,分析患者心理特征,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以个性化护理,比较两组患者的情绪变化、心血管事件控制效果以及护理满意度。结果:观察组的不良情绪发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度100%,显著高于对照组的70.0%(P<0.05)。结论:重症心血管疾病患者多数存在恐惧、焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪,积极的心理干预和人性化舒适护理有助于改善患者情绪、防控心血管事件、改善就医体验。
Objective： To analyze the psychological characteristics, nursing ways and care measures of cardiovascular diseases patients. Method： 60 cases of ICU patients with cardiovascular disease were selected in our hospital from August 2013 to August 2014 and analyzed their psychological characteristics.They were divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was taken routine care and the observation group was taken personalized care.Compared the mood changes, control effect of cardiovascular events and care satisfaction of two groups. Result： The incidence of negative emotions of the observation group was obviously lower than that of the control group（P〈O.05）.The care satisfaction of the observation group was 100%, was obviously higher than 70.0% of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： ICU patients with cardiovascular disease mostly have bad mood such as fear, anxiety and depression.Positive psychological intervention and humane comfort care can improve the patient＇s mood, prevent and control cardiovascular events and improve the medical experience.
