摘要
目的 探讨综合优质护理在动态心电图检查中的应用效果。方法 选择我院2012年1月~2014年12月收治的220例患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组（n=100）和观察组（n=120）。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予综合优质护理。比较两组的检查效果。结果 观察组的总监测时间完整率和生活日志记录合格率显著高于对照组,在干扰发生阳性率和电机或导线脱落率显著低于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 综合优质护理干预能够有效提高动态心电图检查结果的准确性,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the application effects of comprehensive quality nursing in dynamic electrocardiogram examination. Methods 220 patients were admitted to our hospital from January 2012 to December 2014 were selected as research subjects,and they were randomly divided into the control group（n=100） and the observation group（n=120）.The control group was given regular nursing,and the observation group was given comprehensive high quality nursing on the basis of regular nursing.The check effect was compared between two groups. Results The completion rate of total monitoring time and the pass rate of life diary records in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The positive rate of interference producing and the rate of electrical machine or wires falling off in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The differences were significant between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive high quality nursing intervention is able to effectively improve the accuracy of the examination results of dynamic electrocardiogram,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
