摘要
目的:探讨舒适护理在ICU无创正压通气患者中的临床应用价值。方法:将80例ICU应用无创正压通气患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用舒适护理,比较两组患者的治疗有效率、舒适度、并发症、满意度及住院时间。结果:观察组患者治疗有效率、舒适度、满意度均高于对照组,并发症、住院时间均少于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒适护理有利于提高ICU无创正压通气患者的治疗成功率、舒适度和满意度,减少并发症并缩短住院时间,值得临床推广。
Objective： To explore the clinical application value of comfortable nursing in ICU patients with noninvaslve positive pressure ventilation. Method： 80 cases of ICU application of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each group, the eontrol group was given routine nursing, the observation group was given comfortable nursing care.The treatment effective rate, comfortable rate , complications, hospitalization time and satisfaction of two groups were compared.Result： The treatment effective rate, comfortable rate and satisfaction of observation group were higher than those of control group, complications and hospitalization time were less than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： The comfortable nursing can improve the treatment success rate, degree of comfort and satisfaction, reduce complications and shorten the hospitalization time in ICU patients with noninvasive positive pressure ventilation, it is worth to promote in clinical.
