摘要
采用压力胶片技术,选用不同规格压力胶片,在不同轮载及不同路面粗糙程度条件下就轮胎与路面接触区域的面积、压力分布和应力集中分布等展开了研究.结果表明:压力胶片技术能够很好地反映轮胎与路面间的真实接触状态;宜采用0.20~0.60MPa压力胶片和0.50~2.50MPa压力胶片分别研究轮胎与路面接触区域的面积和应力集中分布;轮胎与GAC-13C,AC-13级配路面的接触面积相近,但都小于轮胎与水泥混凝土路面的接触面积;轮胎与GAC-13C,AC-13级配路面接触区域的应力集中分布均明显优于其与水泥混凝土路面接触区域的应力集中分布,轮胎与GAC-13C级配路面接触区域的应力集中分布优于轮胎与AC-13级配路面接触区域的应力集中分布.
In order to study the contact area, pressure distribution and stress concentration distribution on con- tact region between tire and pavement under different wheel loads and different pavement roughness, the pres- sure film technology using different specifications of pressure film had been adopted. The results show that the real contact status between tire and pavement is revealed precisely through the pressure film technology. It is convenient to utilize 0.20 - 0.60 MPa pressure film for the contact area and 0.50 - 2.50 MPa pressure film for the stress concentration distribution on contact region. The contact areas between tire and pavement with GAC-13C mixture or AC-13 mixture are similar, but less than the contact area between tire and pavement with cement concrete. The stress concentration distribution on contact region between tire and pavement with GAC-13C mixture or AC-13 mixture is apparently more advantageous than that between tire and pavement with cement concrete. Besides, the stress concentration distribution on contact region between tire and pave- ment with GAC-13C mixture is better than that between tire and pavement with AC-13 mixture.
