摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:60例随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,两组均用西医常规治疗,治疗组加用心血通胶囊。结果:心绞痛改善治疗组优于对照组(χ2=4.320,P<0.05)。心电图改善治疗组明显优于对照组(χ2=7.200,P<0.01)。两组治疗后LDL-C、TC含量降低、HDL-C含量升高。两组均未见明显不良反应。结论:心血通胶囊结合西药治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛疗效显著,且安全性较好。
Objective ： To observe the clinical curative effect of combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease with stable angina pectoris. Methods： 60 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group （30 cases） and control group （ 30 cases ） ; both groups were treated by routine western medicine, the treatment group plus Xinxuetong capsule. Results： the symptoms of angina pectoris in the treatment group were improved, and were better than the control group （ χ2=4.320, P〈0.05 ） ; the ECG in the treatment group were improved, and were remarkably better than the control group （ χ 2=7.200, P〈0.01 ） ; both groups can increase the the content of HDL-C, decrease the the content of TC and LDL-C, the two groups were no obvious adverse reaction. Conclusion： The curative effect of Xinxuetong Capsule combined with western medicine for coronary heart disease with stable angina pectoris is significant, andthe security is good.,
