用大学精神贯通中小学校教育理念的话题:是一个内寻教育规律,把大学精神澄明的情感本心和目标价值表达的个性气质,传檄给基础教育,用心智的果实引领中小学校的内涵特色发展,形成文化兴校绪远纲常的话语权;是一个外察时代脉动,把"文化强国"内蕴的思想力量和中华传统文化经典的育人元素,贯通于基础性、先导性、全局性教育的发展之中,用尚美的情感构建文化育人的智慧产权。
The topic to apply University Spirit education consists of two parts： an internal search to guide the philosophy for the primary and secondary school for educational law and an external observation of the develop- ment of the times. The former intends to pass the personality and temperament expressed by the spiritual clarity of emotion and the target value to the basic education, with the fruits of the mind to guide the development of the connotation of the primary and secondary schools and to create the right cation by cultural development. The latter is to make the ideology and nating culture to speak on the flourishing of school edu- strength embodied in the view of ＂rejuve- national power through education and culture＂ the classic elements of education in the Chinese traditional throughout the development of the basic, pilot and whole education and to create an intellectual property for cultural education with beautifully influential emotions.
