摘要
开发了一套网络化旋转机械振动监测系统。该系统基于网络TCP/IP协议,采用C/S网络结构。其除了具备传统的时域和频谱分析功能以外,还具备基于转子轴心轨迹的测试和分析功能,并以一、二和三阶正、反进动量作为特征量的监测、诊断方法。通过在某燃气厂使用1年多后发现,该系统运行稳定、可靠,具有工程实用价值。
We have developed a set of network rotating machinery vibration monitoring system. The system based on the network TCP/IP protocol, using C/S network structure. In addition to the traditional time domain and spectrum analysis, it also has the function of test and analysis based on the axis orbit of the rotor and the monitoring and diagnosis method of the characteristic quantity of one or two and three. Through the use of more than one year in a gas plant, the system is stable and reliable, and has practical engineering value.
