摘要
目的:观察甲烷生理盐水对SD大鼠一次性力竭运动时间、能量代谢和生理机能的影响。方法:30只雄性SD大鼠,按体重配对后随机分为安静对照组(C组)、运动安慰剂组(P组)与运动甲烷水组(M组),每组10只。M组和P组于运动前分别一次性腹腔注射甲烷生理盐水和生理盐水,然后进行一次性力竭跑台运动,C组不运动。力竭运动前后称取大鼠体重并记录力竭运动时间,大鼠力竭运动后内眦取血,检测血中尿素氮含量、肌酸激酶活力、血乳酸和血糖浓度以及全血中血细胞数量、血红蛋白浓度及红细胞和血小板压积。结果:(1)与P组比较,M组运动时间显著延长(P<0.05);(2)一次性力竭运动后,P组和M组体重均明显下降(P<0.05),但体重下降率的组间比较没有显著性差异;(3)与C组相比,P组白细胞计数显著升高(P<0.05),红细胞计数有升高的趋势,但不具有统计学意义;血小板计数显著性下降(P<0.05),红细胞压积、血红蛋白浓度和血小板压积有下降趋势,但均不具有统计学意义。与P组相比,M组白细胞计数、红细胞计数、红细胞压积以及血红蛋白浓度有升高的趋势,但均不具有统计学意义;血小板计数和血小板压积有降低的趋势,但均不具有统计学意义;(4)与C组相比,P组血乳酸浓度、血浆肌酸激酶活力和尿素氮浓度显著升高(P<0.01),血糖浓度显著降低(P<0.01);与P组相比,M组血乳酸浓度显著降低(P<0.01),血糖浓度有所降低(P=0.05),肌酸激酶与尿素氮有升高趋势,但均不具有统计学意义。结论:雄性SD大鼠注射甲烷生理盐水后可显著延长其力竭运动时间,降低力竭运动的血乳酸水平,在一定程度上提高了血糖利用率,能显著提高运动能力。
Objective To study the effects of administration of methane-rich water on the duration of acute exhaustive exercise,energy metabolism and physiological function of rats. Methods 30 male SD rats were randomly and methane water equally divided into the sedentary control group (C),exercise-placebo group (P)and exercise- group (M). Rats in groups M and P were respectively injected intraperitoneally methane-rich water (10ml/kg)and normal saline (10ml/kg)and then performed an acute exhaustive treadmill exercise. The exercise duration to exhaustion and the body weight before and after the exercise were recorded. After the exhaustive exercise ,blood sample was collected from inner canthus, the levels of BUN, CK, LD and GLU were detected by chemical colorimetry and BiosenC_line Glucose/Lactate analyzer respectively,and WBC,RBC, HCT,Hb,PLT and PCT were measured by Sysmex XS-500i auto-analyzer. Results (1)The exercise duration to exhaustion in group M was significantly longer than in group P (P〈0.05). (2)The body weight decreased obviously in both group P and group M after the acute exhaustive exercise(P〈0.05),but no difference in body weight was found between the two groups. (3)RBC in group P increased and PLT decreased significantly as compared with group C (P〈0.05 and P〈0.05). (4)The concentrations of LD,CK and BUN increased significantly and concentration of GLU decreased remarkably in group P compared with group C (P〈0.01 and P〈0.01 ). Conclusions Injection of methane-rich water could prolong acute exhaustive exercise,decrease the concentration of LD,and raise the utilization rate of GLU in male SD rats.
