摘要
以Mn(NO3)2和多壁碳纳米管(MWNT)为原料,通过热分解法制备了MnO2-MWNT纳米复合物;采用X射线衍射仪、X射线光电子能谱、透射电子显微镜对纳米复合物的微观形貌及结构进行了表征;此复合物被用于葡萄糖电化学生物传感器电极的制备,并通过扫描电子显微镜观察了葡萄糖生物传感器的表面形貌;生物传感器的性能测试表明该生物传感器有良好的稳定性及测试灵敏度,其灵敏度达47.44μA/(mM·cm2),响应时间约4s。
MnO2/multi-walled carbon nanotube(MWNT) nanocomposite was synthesized via pyrolyzing the mixture of MWNT and Mn(NO3 )2. The X-ray diffraction(XRD), X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy(XPS), and transmission elec- tron microscopy(TEM) were employed to characterize the structure and micro morphology of nanocomposite. The nano- composite was adopted to prepare the biosensor that sensitive to glucose. The surface morphology of biosensor was ob- served with scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The biosensor prepared with MnO2-MWNT displaied the excellent stabil ity and high sensitivity [-47.44μA/(mM·cm2 )1 according to the result of the property test.
