摘要
目的:通过探讨地佐辛及芬太尼在纤维支气管镜检查中的麻醉疗效,旨在为减轻患者疼痛并提高检查成功率提供理论依据。方法:选择2014年1月-2015年1月在本院接受纤维支气管镜检查的患者240例,随机平均分成研究A组和研究B组,分别给予地佐辛、芬太尼联合丙泊酚麻醉,记录两组患者丙泊酚用量、苏醒时间、留观时间、呼吸道疼痛VAS评分,并统计不良反应发生率及麻醉优良率,记录各时间点MAP、HR、Sp O2、RR的变化情况。结果:研究A组患者苏醒时间、留观时间及麻醉优良率显著优于研究B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究A组不良反应发生率显著低于研究B组(P<0.05),研究B组T1时点MAP、HR、Sp O2、RR显著低于研究A组(P<0.05)。结论:地佐辛用于纤维支气管镜检查中不良反应少、苏醒时间短、生命体征平稳,麻醉效果好。
Objective: To explore anesthesia efficacy of Dezocine and Fentanyl in fiberoptic bronchoscopy, in order to provide theoretical basis for reducing pain and improving the success rate of inspection.Method: From January 2014 to January 2015, 240 cases examined by fiberoptic bronchoscopy were selected in our hospital, they were randomly divided into study group A and group B, and were given Dezocine or Fentanyl combined with propofol respectively.The dosage of propofol, recovery time, observation time, respiratory pain VAS score, adverse reaction rates, and MAP, HR, SpO2, RR of each time point in two groups were recorded.Result: The recovery time, observation time and anesthesia good rate of study group A were significantly better than those of group B, the differences were statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ), adverse reaction rate of study group A was significantly lower than that of group B, at T1 point MAP, HR, SpO2, RR of study group B were significantly lower than those of group A ( P〈0.05 ) .Conclusion: Dezocine in fiberoptic bronchoscopy have fewer adverse reactions, short recovery time, stable vital signs, anesthesia effect is good.
