摘要
燃煤电厂彩湿式电除尘(雾)器技术可以控制细颗粒物PM2.5对周围环境的污染,实现烟尘超低排放。一种新型湿式电除尘(雾)器在华能秦岭电厂6号炉200 MW机组湿法脱硫后设置了工业应用试验装置,进行了不同结构形式对比,结果发现,立式非金属收尘极的效果优于卧式金属收尘极。湿式电除尘(雾)器技术能使燃煤电厂烟尘排放浓度降至10 mg/m3以下。与国外同类技术相比,该技术具有布置方式灵活、性能指标先进、运行成本低等特点,目前已完成多台300 MW、680 MW机组湿式电除尘(雾)器工程应用。
Wet Electrostatic Precipitator ( WESP) is widely used in coal-fired power plant in PM2.5 pol ution con-trol.A new type WESP device was instal ed on No.6 boiler in Huaneng Qinling power plant to measure the Par-ticle-removal efficiency.The results showed that the vertical non-metal ic anode module has a better perform-ance than the horizontal metal ic anode module.Once the new WESP was instal ed, the particle emission would be 10 mg/m3 or lower.The WESP has flexibility and cost advantages compared with similar foreign technolo-gies.Several WESP projects for 680 MW and 300 MW coal-fired power unit have been finished.
