摘要
通过近年来发生的几起承包商安全事故,对承包商在石化企业直接作业环节中发生的事故案例的特点和原因进行分析,结合石油化工企业对承包商安全管理的实际情况,对目前承包商安全管理存在的问题进行探讨,并对石化企业如何进一步加强和规范承包商的安全管理提出一些措施。
Through several contractors safety accidents occurred in recent years, directly to the contractor in the petrochemical enterprises link of the characteristics and causes of the accident cases in the analysis, combined with petrochemical enterprises to the actual situation of the contractor safety management, the existing problems in the contractor safety management and how to further strengthen to the petrochemical enterprise were discussed, some measures to standardize the contractor safety management were put forward.
