摘要
复合型制药工程专业人才符合我国目前制药工程市场的需求,培养制药工程复合型人才是高校制药工程专业的首要任务。制药工程相关新技术的涌现促进了制药工程产业结构的变化,制药工程高等教育的培养人才模式也随之改变。本文从产学研用、开设制药工程专业、GSP及GMP软件模拟教学、加强英语教学四个方面探讨的制药工程教学研究中的培养模式,旨在培养高素质的研究型和应用型"二合一"的复合型人才。
At present, pharmaceutical talents meet the needs of pharmaceutical market in our country, and cultivating pharmaceutical talents is the primary task of pharmaceutical in universities. New technologies of pharmaceutical engineering have also played an important role in the change of the industrial structure, and the personnel training mode of pharmaceutical engineering will ehange with it. The cultivation model of pharmaceutics teaching was discussed using the industry-university-research cooperation, establishing pharmaceutical engineering, simulating teaching using GMP and GSP software and strengthening the English teaching. It aimed to cultivate well- qualified research and applied interdisciplinary talents.
